29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body belt was not located in the center of the wearer's back. The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head. On or about May 24. 2018 at 55, 56, 57, and 58 Cherokee Circle, Canton, Georgia, an employee installing roofing materials was exposed to a fall hazard when he tied off to a rock climbing harness and not to the "D" ring on the full body harness.
