29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) On or about May 29 2018, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling up to approximately 70 feet while performing roofing work from pitched roof surfaces without the benefit of fall protection.       A & E Roofing and Siding, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1209451, citation 2, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on or about April 26, 2017, with respect to a worksite located at 1025 Douglas Ave., Naperville, Illinois.    A & E Roofing and Siding, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1143630, citation 2, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on or about August 5, 2016, with respect to a worksite located at 2450 Blue Spruce Ct., Aurora, Illinois.      A & E Roofing and Siding, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 987924, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on or about September 30, 2014, with respect to a worksite located at 25224 Parkside Drive, Lot 1145, Plainfield, Illinois.      A & E Roofing and Siding, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 967169, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on or about May 7, 2043, with respect to a worksite located at 1885 N.
