The exposure was derived from a sample taken over 388 minutes. Zero was assumed for the unsampled period of 92 minutes. An audiometric testing program was not established, on or about 5/30/18. b) A1 Polymer LLC. in Macon- An employee working on the wash line to noise at a TWA of 89.5 dBA, exceeding the action level of 85 dBA.
