29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a)  Birchwood Preserve- 18814 Birchwood Groves Dr.- Employees in the process of decking the 5 in 12 slope (vertical to horizontal) roof, were exposed to a 9'4" fall hazard, in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized, observed on or about 5/31/2018.    Tornes Construction LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1212635, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/10/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1013 Sonesta Ave., in Brandon, Fl.    Tornes Construction LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1210507, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/01/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 954 and 958 Terra Vista St., in Brandon, Fl.
