29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  A) Employee(s) performed support work on the ground beneath masons on scaffold platforms overhead, who were applying stucco system to the south exterior wall of a commercial building at 119 HWY 206 South, Raritan, NJ 08869.  The employee(s) on the ground were not wearing hard hats to protect them from impact injury from dropped tools and/or materials.  Condition(s) were noted on or about 05/31/2018.  Thunder Contractor LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1270760, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/25/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 500 Lexington Ave., Clifton NJ 07011.

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii):  A) Employee(s) applied stucco system to the south exterior wall of a commercial building at 119 HWY 206 S. Raritan, NJ; and were exposed to 13 and 20 foot fall hazards while working from 2nd and 3rd tier platforms of a frame scaffold, which were not fully planked.  Condition(s) were noted on or about 05/31/2018.  Thunder Contractor LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number1270760, citation number 1, item number 2(a) and was affirmed as a final order on 01/25/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 500 Lexington Ave., Clifton, NJ 07011.

Raritan, NJ; exposed to 13 and 20 foot fall hazards while working from 2nd and 3rd tier platforms of a frame scaffold without top and mid guardrails, or equivalent fall protection, at all open sides and ends.    Condition(s) were noted on or about 05/31/2018.  The Thunder Contractor was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1270760, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/25/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 500 Lexington Ave., Clifton, NJ 07011.
