Public Health Service current at the time these evaluations and procedure took place:      a) Paris Cleaners, Inc. DBA Paris Healthcare Linen Services  - On or about May 31, 2018, and times prior thereto, Employees had occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens throughout each day when, for instance, sorting hospital linen contaminated with blood or other potentially infectious material (OPIM) and when disposing of contaminated sharps. Employees were not provided testing for antibodies to hepatitis B surface antigens (anti-HBs) within 1-2 months following completion of the 3 dose Hepatitis B vaccination series as recommended by the US. Public Health Service.
