29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 1601 Long Beach Boulevard, Beach Haven NJ: A company worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 8 feet to the sheathed deck below, when performing roofing and other related activities while working/walking from a pitched roof without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 05/31/18.
