29 CFR 1926.1417(a): The employer did not comply with all manufacturer procedures applicable to the operational functions of equipment, including its use with attachments:  On or about May 30, 2018, at the south side of the house, employees engaged in crane operations were exposed to caught-in-between hazards when they did not operate a 160 ton hydraulic crane in accordance to the manufactures instructions.
