Morgan Chase Subdivision, 3396 Morgan Road, Lot 35A, Buford, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to struck-by hazard. Employees were in the process of nailing down the hardi-plank siding board for the installation of the siding on the front exterior of the new constructed two-story residential home. The employees were using a pneumatic air gun, without the use of any eye protection, on or about 06/06/18

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: a. Morgan Chase Subdivision, 3395 Morgan Road, Lot 35A, Buford, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees were in the process of installing hardi-plank siding to the front exterior side of the newly constructed two-story home while working at the edge off of an aluminum pump jack scaffold approximately 15 feet above ground level, without utilizing a means of fall protection, on or about 06/06/18.

An employee was using a 24ft. portable extension ladders that did not extend 3 feet above the upper landing while accessing the ladder to get to gain access to the pump jack scaffold, on or about 06/06/18.
