29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Top of roof - On or about June 6, 2018 employees framing new house were applying plywood sheeting to roof rafters 11 feet high on steep roof with no fall protection. Jose Perez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1269924, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/5/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 15081 Belhaven St. Gulfport, MS. 39503.
