Kay Builders Inc. - Racite Road, Alburtis, PA., Worksite - On June 5, 2018. Employees were jackhammering concrete dry (Table 1 Task) .  The employer did not implement the required engineering controls, work practices, or respiratory protection as specified in Table 1, and the employer did not assess exposure limits to silica in accordance with paragraph (d) of this section, exposing the employees to silica inhalation hazards.
