29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i)(B): Except as required or permitted elsewhere in this subpart, live parts of electrical equipment operating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures or by partitions or screens so arranged that only qualified persons will have access to the space within reach of the live parts. Any openings in such partitions or screens shall be so sized and located that persons are not likely to come into accidental contact with the live parts or to bring conducting objects into contact with them. a) The fields at Blue Barn Meadows, Unit 112, Caspian St., Allentown, Pa, Worksite - On or about July 22, 2020, an employee, while finishing sheet rock inside the unit's garage, had removed and was working near an energized electrical distribution panel that was not protected with a cover.

OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a fall hazard: a) a) The fields at Blue Barn Meadows, Unit 112, 113, 115, Caspian St., Allentown, Pa, Worksite - On or about July 22, 2020, Employees, while installing drywall in new construction residential units were using stairways where railings had not been installed exposing employees to a fall hazard. Abatement certification required within 5 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
