29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1): Specified exposure control methods. For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering control.    On or about 04/11/2018, at a new construction project located at 5510 Pershing Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri, the worker cutting concrete containing (fiber cement) siding using a power saw was not protected from dust exposure with dust collection system. The worker was observed in cloud of dust while cutting the siding trims. In addition, the worker was not using the dust mask he was provided.
