29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1)(ii): Safety of equipment was not determined on the basis of mechanical strength and durability, including, for parts designed to enclose and protect other equipment, the adequacy of the protection thus provided: a) Glen Raven Inc, Sunbury Textiles site, the 120VAC outlets of a temporary electrical power supply and transformer used to supply power to ventilation, lighting and tools used in the containment area, were not provided with covers that provided weatherproof protection while cords were in use, on or about June 21, 2018. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
