29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders shall be used only for the purpose for which they were designed: On or about June 12, 2018, at the site, the employee was gaining access to the working area from a portable fiberglass step ladder that was leaning against the building. The step ladder was improperly being used and set up without following the manufacturer's safety guidelines. Employee exposed to a fall hazard.
