29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area. a) Bridgestone Bandag Tire, Mixing Department: On or about June 6, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to health hazards in that insufficient training was provided on the physical and health hazards of the chemicals used in the work area as the employees handled them in the production of rubber.
