29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy.  a) Post Folder Gluer APM SN: 503 - On or about June 7, 2018 , and at times prior to, the procedure for the Post failed to clearly identify all of the specific steps to be followed by employees to isolate and disable the pneumatic energy in order to safely de-energize the equipment. The procedure also lacked specific steps to relieve residual pneumatic energy contained in the vessel prior to servicing the equipment.  Employees performing tasks including, but not limited to servicing, maintenance, and removing jams were exposed to amputations and caught in between hazards.  b)  Reivicart SN:1330713 - On or about June 7, 2018, and at times prior to, the procedure for the Reivicart failed to clearly identify all of the specific steps to be followed by employees to isolate and disable the pneumatic energy in order to safely de-energize the equipment. The procedure also lacked specific steps to relieve residual pneumatic energy contained in the vessel prior to servicing the equipment.
