The establishment did not comply with American National Standard Institute, ANSI B20.1-1957, Safety Code for Conveyors, Cableways and Related Equipment, which is incorporated by reference where An operator was observed walking, performing work, and/or crossing over free-wheeling conveyor rollers on the Hycorr and exposing the employee to caught-in and fall hazards.  (a) At the Hycorr line, on or about September 17, 2021; an employee was observed walking on the free-wheeling roller conveyor while adjusting the pile of folded boxes and was exposed to caught-in and trip hazards.
