No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. a) XPO Last Mile Inc. dba XPO Logistics Inc./201 West Bay Ave/Elizabeth, NJ 07201 - Warehouse Area :The fire exit route in the back aisle of the warehouse was blocked by pallets, materials and equipment creating a tripping hazard in the route to the emergency exit door. Condition observed on or about 8/21/2018.
