29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) In the drop area: On or about 6/19/2018, procedures were not developed and utilized to control hazardous energy while employees were engaged in servicing the drop hammer machine, in that the machine was in operation while servicing took place. Tercat Tool and Die Co. II, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection 949242 citation number 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2/4/2014, with respect to the workplace located at 131 Delaine St. Providence, RI 02909.
