On or about May 20, 2018, the employer did not develop specific procedures to control and isolate hazardous energy exposing employees to mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic energy hazards while performing servicing and/or maintenance work on the main engine located on Valerie B tug. b. On or about June 13, 2018, the employer did not develop specific procedures to control and isolate hazardous energy exposing employees to mechanical, electrical energy hazards while performing servicing and/or maintenance work on the generator located on Valerie B tug.
