29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(1)(i)(E): Red bags or red containers may be substituted for labels: Pathology: On or about June 19, 2018 and at times prior thereto, a red container resembling a regulated waste container was used for purposes other than regulated waste. This condition created discrepancies in the workplace regarding the marking, handling, and disposal of regulated waste.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: Kamish Pharmacy: On or about June 20, 2018 and at times prior thereto, employee hazard communication had not been provided updated training on safety data sheets (SDS) and labels. This condition limited employee information on hazardous chemicals in their work area.
