One or more methods of machine guarding shall be provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices, electronic safety devices, etc.  1) Small Press Area, Rotary #77-3: On or about June 13, 2018, employees were exposed to amputation hazards, in that all rotating parts on the out-feeder rollers were not guarded.  An employee was cutting blanks (foam stripes) working within inches of the rollers.     2) Small Press Area, Rotary #77-1: On or about June 13, 2018, employees were exposed to amputation hazards, in that all rotating parts on the out-feeder rollers were not guarded.
