29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a- Rear of Building, 101 Route 70 East, Marlton NJ: Company employees were exposed to fall hazards when working from an elevated man lift basket of an articulated boom lift. At the time of the exposure one employee was not wearing the required fall protection and the other employee was wearing a full body harness without a lanyard attached to it and the proper tie off point within the man lift basket. Condition observed on or about 06/25/18.
