29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965 (CGA P-1-1965), which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: (a) Location One Technology Way, Salem, MA: On or about June 25, 2018, suitable hand trucks, fork trucks, roll platforms, or similar devices were not utilized for the onsite movement of 150 lb. chlorine cylinders. The use of such equipment for transporting and unloading compressed gas cylinders is mandated by CGA P-1-1965 Section 3.2.6.
