Northwest side - near pool: An employee engaged in tile setting work activities was not using eye protection while using a tile saw.  Employee was exposed to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i): Employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section, or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites.  Southeast side - inside building: An employee engaged in tile setting work activities used a Makita angle grinder to cut floor and wall tiles.  The grinder was connected to an orange extension cord which was plugged into an outlet that was not protected with a ground-fault circuit interrupter. Employee was exposed to electrical hazards.
