29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(1): The employer with a workplace or work operation covered by this standard did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI): Fabrication Shop: On or about June 27, 2018 and at times prior thereto, the employer had not determined the 8-hour time-weighted exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI). This condition limited chromium (VI) information to employees to ensure proper engineering, administrative, personal protective equipment controls would be initiated to limit exposure.
