29 CFR 1910.219(f)(1)(i): Gears, sprockets, and chains were not guarded by a complete enclosure. Employees working in the distribution center of the plant located at 2200 NW Brickyard Road in Topeka, Kansas were exposed to amputation hazards in that the north Moller turn table conveyor with a pop-up chain transfer assembly was not guarded.
