29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about June 30, 2018, Pacifico Builder LLC, did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards in that employees were conducting framing operations on a new hotel building approximately 40 feet above the ground. Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
