29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii): An oxygen cylinder was not stored 20 feet from or protected by an adequate barrier from a fuel-gas cylinder or combustible material:    a) Breeze-way Storage Area: On or before July 19, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that the employer did not ensure that an Acetylene storage cylinder used for welding was at least 20 feet from Oxygen storage as required. The placement of the Acetylene and Oxygen was approximately 39 inches (3 feet 3 inches) apart.        The Unity Southern Environmental, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1254327, citation number 1, item number 4c and was affirmed as a final order on March 6, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 7170 Delta Circle Austell, GA 30168.
