29 CFR 1910.28(b)(11)(ii) as required by 1960.8 (b): Each flight of stairs having at least 3 treads and at least 4 risers was not equipped with stair rail systems and handrails as follows: a. On or about July 2, 2018, on the front side of paint booth "B", one open stairway with 6 risers leading inside the paint booth was not provided with a stair rail on both sides of the stairs thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard. b. On or about July 2, 2018, on the back side of paint booth "A", one open stairway with 4 risers leading inside the paint booth was not provided with a stair rail on both sides of the stairs thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard.
