On or about July 2, 2018, on the front side of  paint booth "B", one open stairway with 6 risers leading inside the paint booth was not provided with a stair rail on both sides of the stairs thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard.  b.  On or about July 2, 2018, on the back side of  paint booth "A", one open stairway with 4 risers leading inside the paint booth was not provided with a stair rail on both sides of the stairs thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard.
