29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): (1) Walking-working surfaces were not inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition; (a) On or about 7/05/2018, porters hauling trash from the compactor in building #81 were exposed to tripping hazards while pushing bins to the loading dock. The casters on the bins had worn grooves in the concrete floors; walking-working surfaces were not maintained in a safe condition.
