29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) On or about June 26, 2018: Three employees were observed installing floor joist trusses and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure, the employees were exposed to a 9-feet fall hazard.  b) On or about June 26, 2018: Four employees were observed installing roof joist trusses and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure, the employees were exposed to a 9-feet and 32-feet fall hazards.   c) On or about June 27, 2018: Four employees were installing roof sheathing and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure, the employees were exposed to a 11-feet and 34-feet fall hazards.   d) On or about June 28, 2016: Four employee were observed installing a parapet wall and covering some roof openings that were left from the previous day were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure, the employees were exposed to a 34-feet fall hazard.   e) On or about June 28 2016: Two employees were observed installing floor joist trusses and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure, the employees were exposed to a 9-feet fall hazard.
