29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about July 6, 2018, at Lot 299, 1498 Willow Grove Road, Sugar Hill, Georgia: a) An employee performing roofing work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 11-feet when he worked from an approximately 4/12 slope porch roof without using fall protection. b) An employee performing roofing work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 25-feet and greater when he worked from an approximately 10/12 slope roof of a house without using fall protection.
