29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):     (a) Gigliotti and Sons Iron Works, Incorporated - Plantwide - The employees using chemicals; such as but not limited to, Sherwin Williams Steel Spec Universal Primer which contained xylene, ethyl benzene, and ketoxime were exposed to skin sensitization and eye irritation.  The employer did not develop a written hazard communication program, on or about June 29, 2018.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
