29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide:  a)  At 2853 Spring Lakes Crossing, Opelika, Alabama:  On or about July 9, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities while working from a job made scaffold and the work platform measured ten inches wide exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 21.9 feet to the ground below.
