29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) Building K - On or about August 21, 2024, the employer did not ensure that employees working on the third floor outer walls installing floor joist were properly secured to their fall protection exposing employees to fall hazards.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(20):Employees did not face the ladder when ascending or descending the ladder:  (a) Building "K" - On or about August 21, 2024, employees using extension ladder to exit the second floor of the building walked down facing out while the employer watched and did nothing exposed employees to fall hazards.

(a) Building K - On or about August 21, 2024, the employer provided employees to use company ladders without giving them safety training to understand the correct way to use and inspect ladders exposing employees to fall hazards.
