29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorage points used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not independent of any anchorage point being used to support or suspend platforms and capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee: a) At 2051 Unit C Moores Mill, Auburn, Alabama: On or about July 10, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to use eight nails as an anchor point to secure their ropes as a part of their PFAS exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 11.1 feet to the ground below.
