On the production floor, extrusion lines number 18 and 22, on or about 7/10/18: Compressed air used for cleaning at pressures greater than 100 p.s.i. without reduction. b. In the machine shop, on or about 7/10/18: The CNC machine was equipped with a compressed air wand which was operating at greater than 100 p.s.i. without reduction. Abatement certification must be submitted for these items.
