29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(1): The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan: At the jobsite located between roads south 87th and north of 91st, roads east of Anitioch Rd and west of Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, Kansas: Employees engaged in concrete cutting and pouring activities for residential driveways and roads were exposed to respiratory hazards in that the competent person had not been identified, procedures to restrict access to work areas where high exposures may occur, and housekeeping practices, were not established in the written exposure control plan.
