29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. a)1761 Route 9 North, Howell, NJ, 07731- Blending area: The employer did not establish procedures to be utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy for when employees performed maintenance, servicing, and general cleaning on a Scott Equipment Company blend mixing machine and the associated electric and pneumatic equipment, on or about 5/30/18. b)1761 Route 9 North, Howell, NJ, 07731- Blending area: The employer did not establish procedures to be utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy for when employees performed maintenance, servicing, and general cleaning on a Williams & Wilson blend mixing machine (serial number D- 2666) and the associated electric and pneumatic equipment, on or about 5/30/18. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
