29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about July 12, 2018, for the employees exposed to fall hazards up to approximately 13 feet while setting trusses and removing lateral braces without any means of fall protection on residential building at or near Vicinity of 6177 63rd Avenue South in Fargo, North Dakota. Note: GNS Builder was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1187703 citation 1 item 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on January 10, 2017 with respect to a workplace located in vicinity of 2157 11th Street West in West Fargo, North Dakota.
