29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about August 23, 2018 for an employee who was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while framing a residence at 2130 14th Street West in West Fargo, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1187703, Citation 1, Item 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on January 10, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2157 11th Street West in West Fargo, North Dakota.
