29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At the jobsite, on the roof, on or about 7/9/18: A worker was removing slate shingles along the roof rake, in preparation for replacement installation, at approximately 23 feet from the ground, with a pitch of 10:12, and without fall protection of any kind. b) At the jobsite, on the roof, on or about 7/9/18: A worker was installing copper flashing along the roof rake, at approximately 14 feet from the lower level, with a pitch of 10:12, and without fall protection of any kind.
