29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor had other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function:  a) On or about 03/14/19, on the building roof top of the Nativity of the BVM Parish Center, located on 152 Main Street, in Brockport, New York, an employee assigned as a safety monitor was engaged in work activities including clearing debris from work area and assisting with underlayment placement; which took attention away from monitoring the safety of other workers to ensure they were not exposed to fall hazards.  Workers were 16.5 feet above ground level.      NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
