29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a)Frontier Builders LLC., at 1805 W 88th Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57108: On or about and at times prior to June 17, 2018, the exposing employer did not ensure that each employee was protected from falls from heights over 6 feet. Three employees were installing roof sheathing on the garage of a single-family home under construction without a fall protection system in place. The condition exposed employees to a fall of approximately 10 feet.
