29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: On or about June 17, 2018, on the South side of a newly built commercial building, one employee was exposed to a fall hazard exceeding 10 feet when performing work from a wooden trash hopper placed on the forks of a Genie rough terrain forklift, Model GTH-844, without the forklift being designed for such use.
