29 CFR 1910.110(f)(4)(i): The quantity of LP-Gas stored within a building exceeded 300 pounds:    On or about July 18th, 2018, at the jobsite location 9730 NW 25th St. Doral, FL 33172 storage area, the employer had eleven liquid propane gas cylinders inside the building, which exceeded the allowed 300 pounds.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):     On or about July 18, 2018, at the jobsite location 9730 NW 25th St. Doral, FL 33172, the employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program for employees exposed to chemicals such as, but not limited to DT-2R Plate Developer Replenisher (containing Potassium Hydroxide with a pH 14), and MRC (containing Naphtha, Xylene, IPA, Acetone and Heptane).

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical  a) On or about July 18, 2018, at the jobsite location 9730 NW 25th St. Doral, FL 33172 in the prep department, the container of Plate Developer Replenisher DT2R (containing Potassium Hydroxide with a pH 14), was not labeled with the required information.   b) On or about July 18, 2018, at the jobsite location 9730 NW 25th St. Doral, FL 33172 in the press department, the container of MRC (containing Naphtha, Xylene, IPA, Acetone and Heptane), was not labeled with the required information.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  On or about July 18, 2018, at the jobsite location 9730 NW 25th ST. Doral, FL 33172 prep department, an employee would use a corrosive chemical known as DT2R Plate Replenisher (containing Potassium Hydroxide with a pH 14), without having an eye wash station readily available.
