29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels is not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):      1. Employees performing roofing work are not protected from fall hazards through the use of a fall protection system.        The employer fails to ensure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on or about July 9, 2018, at 110 SW Milburn Circle, Port Saint Lucie, FL, 34953, when employees installing shingles on a roof with a pitch of 5:12, without the use of conventional fall protection, were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 8-feet to ground level.        a)  Turnkey Construction Planners, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1274897, citation number 02, item number 01, with respect to a workplace located at 7257 East Village Square, Vero Beach, FL 32966 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/19/2017.       b)  Turnkey Construction Planners, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1164124, citation number 01, item number 01 with respect to a workplace located at 11356 SW Patterson Street in Port Saint Lucie, Florida 34953 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/12/2016.
