29 CFR 1910.37(b)(1): 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(1): Each exit route was not adequately lighted so that employees with normal vision could see along the exit route: a) On or about 7/19/2018 at the Queenston Bridge Plaza, room 151; where there were no emergency lights to guide employees out of the office and out of the building in the event of an emergency such as, but not limited to: a power failure. While there were emergency lights in the office area, they were non-functioning. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
